Snowshoe trail - Cimetière Duchesne

It is in a superb forest of snow-covered fir trees that your exploration in the powder begins. This original circuit leads you to a fascinating memory site of the 14-18 war: the Duchesne cemetery. You may have already seen it during a summer hike. It takes on a whole new look in winter. The crosses aligned like fir trees are frozen by the cold. The silence is broken only by the passing of a cross-country skier or other snowshoers. The atmosphere is never the same. It differs according to the rhythm of the day and the weather. A varied circuit of 6.5 km, between wild forest and tourism of memories to discover easily one of the singularities of the massif of the Tête des Faux in its white coat.
