The 94-kilometre cycle route between Alsace and Baden offers you the opportunity to discover the beautiful landscapes and picturesque villages of the region by bike. Bordered by the Vosges mountains in the west and the Black Forest in the east, the route winds its way through the beautiful landscape of the Rhine valley and the Rhine Park PAMINA. Numerous natural, cultural and culinary attractions invite you to stroll and relax. The entire cycle route is signposted in both directions and is largely paved. Along the route you will find restaurants and accommodation in almost every place. For further information, please contact the information offices and tourist points in the towns and cities. You can cross the Rhine to the other side of the river via the Beinheim bridge or the "Drusus" ferry between Drusenheim and Rheinmünster/Greffern. A new map of the route has just been published. It is available free of charge in paper format at most tourist offices along the route. This 1:60,000 scale map contains all the practical information for cyclists and shows the addresses of the tourist offices as well as the most important sites to visit along the route.
