Kirchberg hike: On the ridges of Baerenkopf in Sudel - Circuit 1

Discover one of the most beautiful ridges in the southern Vosges, surrounded by deep forests, peaceful lakes and breathtaking panoramic views. This 13.8 km circuit takes you from Baerenkopf to Sudel, passing through remarkable natural and cultural sites.
Departure: From Masevaux, head towards Ballon d'Alsace until you reach the village of Kirchberg. Once in the village, follow the signs for Kirchberg-centre, then the signs for Lachtelweiher.
After leaving the village, continue along the mountain road for about 3.5 km until you reach Lachtelweiher lake. Then follow the road around the lake and park in the car park on the right, slightly below the road.
This is where your hike begins, in the heart of a peaceful, unspoilt environment.
