Long distance trail - the big tour of the valley - Stage 6

You're on your way to the final stage of this itinerary. Very soon after the start, you'll begin a beautiful ascent overlooking Fréland. Kilometer after kilometer, you'll reach the Pierre des Trois Bans at 1100m, the last summit of this itinerary to exceed 1000m. After rounding the village of Aubure, you enter another world. This section is magnificent. You'll find yourself in an environment punctuated by rocky outcrops, pine forests and straight paths, where the Koenigsstuhl Grouse Rock and the Raven Rock are proof that treasures exist deep in the woods. The last few kilometers of the day will take you to the imperial castle of Kaysersberg. After several days' walking, you're back on the trail.
