Path around the Cap Béar

This hike starts from Port-Vendres and takes place on the site of Cap Béar where sublime views of the coast await you.

Departure: Tourist Office of Port-Vendres. Head towards the Jetty, circumnavigate the harbor following the coastal path markings.

Upon reaching the cove of the jetty, take the right path leading up to Fort Béar. Traverse after the rocky passage onto the trail towards the vineyard path.
Turn left and proceed to Mas Valcros (Mas Pams).
At the Bernardi beach, continue along the coastal path towards the beach and the Paulilles site.
After the parking area, cross the railway track and follow the path to the Pont de l'Amour residential area. Return to the center of Port-Vendres by passing under the train tunnel, then turn right. Descend via the Strategic Road.
