


The Beynaves Forest is the perfect place to watch butterflies from June through September. The 300-meter-long nature trail offers visitors the chance to explore a preserved natural area. The loop is accessible to wheelchairs and strollers.
During the warmer months, this clearing offers a chance to observe numerous butterflies in the flower-filled meadow. This 300-meter-long trail features a pond, shaded rest areas along the path, and informational signs about butterflies. In total, the site is home to approximately 120 species of butterflies (including 20 rare species).A parking lot, a visitor center, a fountain, picnic tables, and dry toilets round out this trail, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing visit.

From Orpierre (9 km), take the D 30 to Garde Colombe, then turn left toward Le Chevalet. A trail in excellent condition leads to the forest.
