Located between Drôme Provençale and the Hautes-Alpes, the Raton Ridge offers a complete immersion in the region’s diverse landscapes. This hike offers a magnificent panorama, with the Rosanais Valley on one side and the historic village of Pommerol on the other.
At the pass when coming from Rosans, take the first trail on the left. Follow it to the ridge.
Once you reach the ridge, turn left and continue for about 500 m
After walking 500 m, turn right to leave the ridge and descend into the valley below. Then join the trail that descends to the right and enters the forest.
Continue straight ahead on the trail. After 1.5 km, it turns into a dirt road and descends back to the starting point at the pass.
