Plaine Altitude is a paragliding school offering courses, equipment and first flights. The school is open every day from April to October. Our dynamic and enthusiastic team is delighted to share its passion with you. Sites, depending on wind direction: *Saint Omer during southerly or westerly winds. *Saint Marc d'Ouilly during northerly winds *Crocy in other cases.

ParapenteMania is a paragliding school with the Normandie Qualité Tourisme label. Based in Clécy, we offer paragliding courses and first flights for all levels, mainly in the Lower Normandy region. We are a human-sized structure with a warm atmosphere where the human element is at the heart of the structure.

The restaurant is happy to welcome you on the banks of the Orne to enjoy our culinary specialties in a haven of peace and serenity.

La Paillote Suisse Normande, restaurant on the banks of the river Orne Come and share a moment of relaxation at the table of La Paillote, at the bend of the river. Virginie, Guillaume and their young team will be pleased to welcome you in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Bar, snack bar, inflatable games for children from 3 to 12 years old, canoe rental.

We extend a warm welcome to our single-track summer sled in Clécy, in the heart of Suisse Normande in Normandy. Located within an exceptional site (offering views over the Clécy viaduct and the rock climbing zones), enjoy the thrills and spills of our totally safe 650 metre circuit open to all. The sled is designed for single passengers of a minimum height of 1.3m (4'3"). Smaller participants must be accompanied. An inflatable structure is also available for children, along with a snack kiosk and bar to help you get your breath back between rides.

The Lionel Terray outdoor centre proposes: climbing, mountain biking, archery, orienteering, adventure trails, zip-lines, canoe and kayak hire, environmental education, walking tours, canoeing and kayaking on the river.
