Just steps away from the ice rink, swimming pool, fitness center, and many other facilities, our restaurant is the ideal meeting place for families, friends, and sports enthusiasts alike. Every weekday (excluding school holidays), we serve a daily menu for CHF 21, including a starter, main course, dessert, and coffee — available to view on our social media pages or directly on site. Children are more than welcome! They’ll love our kid-friendly menu, as well as the comics, games, and coloring books available to keep them entertained. To top it all off, the entrance hall features a pool table, darts, and table football, ensuring fun for both the young and the young at heart.

The buvette at Chalet Rosalie serves refreshments and local dishes in a quaint alpine chalet, surrounded by tranquil fishing ponds and a large, grassy terrace.Nestled in an idyllic setting on the banks of the Vièze river, we are most well-known for our rich trout ponds. Visitors can spend the afternoon fishing for trout, which we will clean and cook for you on the spot. Other refreshments include smoked trout filets, delicious croûte au fromage, omelets, and homemade tarts. We offer a petanque area and a rock-climbing spot.

Chalet Rosalie sits on the bank of the Vièze River, overlooking 5 tranquil trout ponds in an idyllic setting. It only takes a snippet of patience and a smidgen of perseverance; when you feel the tug on the line, your fish is hooked and you will be too!The shady forests surrounding Chalet Rosalie and our 5 limpid trout ponds provide an exceptional environment for fauna and flora. Nature-lovers in search of tranquility will appreciate the quiet beauty of this little pocket of wilderness just a stone's-throw from the village. Beginner fishermen and avid anglers, hikers and epicureans alike are all welcome at Chalet Rosalie from April to October. You'll only pay for the fish you catch! What's more... we'll even clean and grill your fish for you right away, and serve it up piping hot with a cool drink on our sunny terrace! (reservations required).
