Guidebook with maps/step-by-step

From Place Perdtemps, follow signs for Vesancy along the downhill road to the crossroads. From here, cross the road and continue straight ahead on Rue de la Forêt de Disse, which then leaves the housing estate. At "Péroset", just before the bend (and just after the stop sign), leave the main road and go straight ahead on a small tarmac road for a few metres, then take the track on the left; cross the bridge and at the next junction, turn left: direction Vesancy (signs). After about 1 km, back on the asphalt road, go straight through the village of Vesancy to the wash-houses. At a bend in the road, turn left towards "Chapelle de Rianmont" (Route de la Chapelle). After a short climb, turn right at the crossroads onto the road to "La Carrière", 740 m above sea level. On the flat, take the stony path to the left towards the chapel, through the large gate. (Take the opportunity to stop off at the Riantmont chapel), then return to the main path. A few metres further up, at the corner of the metal fence, take the grassy path and cross the mountain pasture to join a wide track... Cross the tarmac road and continue along the track. Pass a stream, then a turnstile.
