With the Mountain guides, you get fresh air and new experiences in summer and winter!SUMMER MOUNTAIN BIKING: Sessions for all levels, adults and children: beginners, improving, enduro and E-MTB. Wild, new routes, off the beaten path. Equipment included. HIKING: Everyday, a choice of thematic hikes for children and/or adults who love nature and the mountains: the observation and photography of marmots and chamois; the flora; twilight hikes; life in the mountain pastures, Savoy snacks, Nordic walking, and so much more... There are also hikes at altitude to discover our valley's most beautiful peaks: Grand Galibier, Pointe des Cerces... RUISSELING: Hiking through rivers, try and beat the current. MOUNTAINEERING: An easy climb (from 10 years old) to discover the frozen peaks, Aiguilles d'Arves, Ecrins, Mont Blanc, Vanoise... VIA FERRATA: Three routes, for children, beginners or experienced climbers, from Valloire, and more than ten others in the valley: thrills and relaxation guaranteed! CLIMBING: Every week we organise sessions and training courses for adults and children from 5 years old. CANYONING: Jumps, slides in one of the most beautiful canyon in Savoy. Fun in the water, whether it's your first time or you're coming back for more. TRAIL: Introduction for beginners or training for the most experienced. WINTER Snowshoe walks with us means being out in the great outdoors, far from the ski slopes, the noise, the crowds... It's a white desert where you can observe chamois, deer, wolves, the local history, and where you'll experience a unique atmosphere, sliding, friendship, laughter, meeting others... what a way to recharge your batteries and have fun! The programme for the week is available from the ESF offices and the Tourist Office when you arrive.

Activities to discover the mountain in general

Benjamin, offers you a selection of hikes to discover our wonderful valley. In small groups of 8 or less, or privately with your family or friends.WHY GO INTO THE MOUNTAINS WITH A MOUNTAIN GUIDE. It's the assurance of a safe and tranquil mountain environment. It's also the assurance of knowing the fauna, flora and historical and cultural heritage of the valley. Bring good shoes, sunglasses and a water bottle in your rucksack. You can also use it to help me carry the treats and hot drinks we'll be enjoying during our outing. In winter, I'll provide you with snowshoes and poles. Bring warm clothing, gloves, hat and good snow shoes. You don't need your car, I'll transport you in my vehicle.

Meal: Savoyard fondue in an authentic alpine chalet. - Trapper's Day": On the Sapinière plateau, the forest is wild and beautiful. For a day, you'll be trappers, hunters of images and memories. Le Grand Galibier: A challenging hike to 3228m, where ibex, edelweiss, alpine lakes and breathtaking panoramas will accompany you to the summit! - Night hikes: From a mountain aperitif at the summit (Monday evening), to an evening in a little alpine chalet with a Savoyard fondue (Thursday evening), these hikes, accompanied by magical sunsets over the most beautiful mountains, will make you feel like the king of the world! Discover the mountains with local professionals! New in the evening: "Discovering bats" even for non-walkers!IN WINTER If you are contemplative, by yourself or with family, passionate about nature or sports, snowshoeing is for you. Outings are always accompanied by a sweet or savory snack, often at two stages : for twirling chamois or snow snails ... Evenings (6 pm-9pm) with a small Savoyard tasting in the Mongolian yurt.
