From Le Grand-Bornand, park at the cable car car park or the Tardevant car park and take the Rosay cable car.
From Le Chinaillon, park at the Charmieux car park and take the path that starts next to the Charmieux chairlift towards La Côte to reach the top of the Rosay cable car (about a 40-minute walk).
A good descent on a stony path – make sure you wear sturdy shoes.
Take the stony path that descends beneath the chairlift, turning left as you exit the lift. It leads to the Col de Châtillon. Descend the trail on the right towards La Côte. After the cables of a ski lift, ignore a path on the right leading to Les Languières. Continue straight ahead to reach the coolness of a spruce forest and then the top of the gondola lift.
No. Dogs must be kept on a leash due to the presence of livestock.
