La Gare de Lizy-sur-Ourcq
Prendre l'avenue face à la gare.
Le Stade
Emprunter la rue Cranot à gauche, contourner à droite la place ombragée et arriver au stade.
Étape 3
Tourner à gauche le long du stade, puis suivre à droite la petite route parallèle à la voie ferrée et déboucher en bord de Marne. Le confluent de l'Ourcq se trouve à gauche, à 300 m.
Bords de Marne
Longer la Marne à gauche, obliquer à gauche pour traverser la D 17 et poursuivre sur la berge sur 3 km.
Eglise de Tancrou
Partir à gauche à travers l'aire de pique-nique et gravir les marches qui mènent à l'église de Tancrou. Passer l'église et le cimetière, traverser le village et, à la sortie, prendre la petite route à droite. Couper la D 3, poursuivre sur le plateau entre cultures et bosquets, croiser un chemin et, après le château d'eau, entrer dans Villemeneux.
Après Villemeneux
Prendre la D 73 à gauche, passer la ferme de Monsoutin, puis s'engager sur le chemin à gauche. Il vire à droite, longe un bosquet et mène à une croisée de chemins.
En direction de Crépoil
Poursuivre en face vers Crépoil. A l'entrée du hameau, prendre le chemin à droite. Il descend dans le vallon et oblique à gauche vers le château de la Trousse. Continuer par la petite route qui longe le mur du domaine. Dans le virage, descendre par le bon chemin herbeux en face, puis par la D 401 (prudence) sur 300 m.
Retour à Lizy-sur-Ourcq
Prendre la route à droite, la route à gauche et franchir la voie ferrée. Laisser la ferme de Vieux Moulin à droite et poursuivre par la petite route qui conduit dans l'avenue de la Gare. Passer de nouveau par l'étape 2 et tourner à gauche pour retrouver le parking de l'étape 1.

Eglise de Tancrou
Edifiée sur un promontoire dominant la Marne, l'église Saint-Donatien et Saint-Rogatien (XII° - XV° - XVI° - XVII° siècle) est un édifice à trois nefs. Le clocher en a été déplacé au XVIIème siècle. Elle a été restaurée depuis et une butte renforcée a été construite afin de la stabiliser. Des éléments médiévaux subsistent dans la partie orientale de l'édifice qui, pour l'essentiel, remonte au XVIème siècle. L'église est consacrée aux saints Donatien et Rogatien. Dans le latéral Nord, un tableau inséré dans un retable du grand siècle, évoque ces deux frères martyrisés à Nantes vers 289. L'église est inscrite sur la liste des Monuments Historiques.
Eglise de Mary-sur-Marne
Remontant au XVIème siècle, l'église Saint-germain (XVI° - XVII° - XVIII° siècles) ne comportait originellement qu'un clocher et deux travées de la nef. Agrandie en 1690-1695, on y adjoint alors deux travées et le choeur. En 1747, une autre travée est construite et une porte ouverte au nord, sous le clocher. La cloche en bronze date de 1743. La nouvelle église est bénite en 1765. De nouveaux travaux sont entrepris au XIXème siècle ainsi qu'une restauration en 1964.
