Sentier de la Dune

Departure : CERS of Capbreton in front of the Prévent beach, go directly to the entrance of the path indicated by educational panels. On the top of the Savane beach, you can observe the blockhouses often covered with graphics and paintings made by the artist Darry Perier who initiates to live painting and makes discover the secrets and tricks of urban art. Further on, take an interest in the dune flora that develops on the different parts of the embryonic dune and the "white" dune. Continue opposite the beach of the Piste where you can contemplate the dunes of Capbreton in all their extent, you will then see the pante aux alouettes. Then discover the dune vineyard which produces a wine of character: the Vin des Dunes. Finish your walk by lingering on the characteristics of the flora and fauna of the back dune or "grey" dune.
