Starting from the Perrey stadium, you begin with a tarmac section before joining a wide track that takes you up to the Chêne du Jambon on an uphill path that presents no particular difficulties. You then continue through the forest on a slightly undulating section. The path takes you to Chalet Bambois, then Chalet des Bennevises, where you can take a break. Continue through the forest to Montiroche and its viewpoint over Remiremont and the valley. You continue on a beautiful downhill monotrace that is fairly technical with lots of stones and roots, and a risk of slipping if wet. You then arrive at the Huchère pond before starting a short climb on a wide track. Once you reach the road, take a downhill single track before reaching the church of Saint-Nabord, then return to the starting point along the Moselle and the Etangs de la prairie du Vouau.
