Le Nomdieu, vers le point de vue de l'église de St-Lary

From the village of Nomdieu, built around the Hospitaller Commandery, founded in the 12th century, to Saint-Lary, the view is of the hills of Albret. The villages of Montagnac-sur-Auvignon, Moncaut, Laplume and Fieux can be seen on the horizon. During this tour you will see the churches of Nomdieu and Saint-Lary, and then you will be able to admire the viewpoints and a rich built heritage. You will not be able to miss the church of Saint-Jean-Baptiste, which has thick walls with narrow openings, evidence of its defensive character. At the foot of the church, you will find a sundial, called analemmatic. It is the first of a series of four located around the village, which you can discover during this hike.
