Lambon-Gros-Bois-Parking haut base de loisirs

Come and relax on a walk that combines heritage discoveries and encounters with nature. In Protestant lands, you'll discover Gros-Bois and Grand-Ry via sunken lanes. This hike takes you through the contrasting landscapes of this part of the Mellois region, where the Lambon river has carved out a deep, narrow valley.

Initiated in the 2000s, the walks are now managed by the Mellois en Poitou community of communes, in collaboration with the local communes. To date, there are 50 of these itineraries, ranging from 1 to 16 km, enabling families, cyclists and experienced walkers to explore the region and discover its many facets (landscapes, small-scale heritage, etc.).
