Steps
Départ Limony
Traversez la RD86 puis montez en face à travers les ruelles du village. Continuez le long de la vallée du Limony jusqu'au croisement suivant.
Négret
Suivez le chemin herbeux et, 50m après avoir longé un lacet de la route, empruntez le sentier sur votre gauche. Au croisement suivant, prenez le chemin qui monte à droite. Après un lacet goudronné, suivez la route jusqu'à la crête puis prenez le premier chemin à gauche. Sur votre droite une vue imprenable sur les crêtes du Pilat. Dans les vignes tournez à droite dès que le chemin redescend puis de suite à gauche. Gardez alors ce joli chemin très praticable et traversez le ruisseau de Montrond.
Les Garennes
Rejoignez le centre du village de Charnas.
Charnas
Tournez à gauche après l'église. A la fourche suivante prenez à droite. Un peu plus loin un chemin descend à gauche et vous emmène dans les bois. Au croisement suivant descendez toujours à gauche pour finir dans la vallée.Traversez la route au passage à niveau et longez la voie ferrée pour rejoindre Limony.
