Espace cyclosport - Circuit du saint-lois

With its "Espace Cyclosport" label, the French Cycling Federation wishes to develop the practice of cycling. Including the English Channel in this programme is a real guarantee of quality for cycling enthusiasts. The labelled itineraries are sponsored by local champions to help you discover their training grounds.

"La Manche is a territory where plains and hills follow one another... The Saint-Loise region is a good example of this! Wander through the bocage to discover a lush and unspoilt environment.
The route starts on the banks of the Vire, a river that you will follow regularly throughout the itinerary.

Green hedged farmland, small villages, panoramic view from the Roches de Ham over the Vire valley, historical heritage will be your rewards for overcoming some sporting difficulties on the course: significant gradient, false flat and several "raidards".
