Under the vault of the sunken paths, the trees of the bocage bend, tighten and lengthen their silhouettes towards the sun. At the crossroads of two paths, the tree becomes a landmark in our daily journeys. The rows of trees underline the flatness of the marshes... And all along the route, we come across gardens planted with young and old trees... Who are these trees? What role do they play in our memories and in our daily lives? Would I plant a tree tomorrow? The trees tell their own stories and those of their inhabitants.
