This loop offers unique views of Mont-Saint-Michel. At Petit-Celland, after the site of the Three Crosses, the path winds through the conifers and reaches a ridge dominating the meanders of the Sée. From the ancient city of Avranches, it follows the coastal path to reach the Pointe du Grouin. The view of the bay, facing Mont-Saint-Michel, is splendid. The high cliffs of Champeaux, the Vauban hut, this former customs shelter from the 17th century, and the wild site of the Lude valley follow one another. From the Valley of the Painters, the path crosses the moor and leads to the Balcons de Saint Pierre near the Abbaye de la Lucerne. From valley to valley, the route leads to the medieval streets of Villedieu-Les-Poêles before reaching Le Petit-Celland via the ridges overlooking the Sée valley.
