Le Mont Castre -VTT

The walk stretches from the Hague du Puits to Lithaire. A small detour to discover the site of the Mont Castre culminating at 110m is a must. There are the remains of an ancient Roman camp, the ruins of a feudal castle, as well as a covered walkway. It also offers beautiful views of the surrounding bocage. This family tour is very accessible. From the Neolithic burials to the events of the liberation, the 9 stations of the discovery trail developed by the Community of Communes of the Haye-du-Puits and the Marshes Park, offer you a better understanding of the history of Mount Castre.
