Highlights :
0- Shortly after the departure, you pass in front of the magnificent church Notre-Dame du Vast whose heart dates from the end of the XIVth century. It has a classified stained glass window of the XVth century. In the church there is a classified organ, with great qualities, dated 1876.
1- Here, a British bomber of the Royal Air Force crashed on September 20, 1940 during the Battle of Britain in this place called La Pergée
2- You are in the millstream of the cotton mills that the river Saire used to feed. At 50 m, the entrance of the park of the castle of La Germonière. It is the former spinning mills park, refurbished at the end of the 19th century with its bicentenary beech trees and its castle famous for its waterfalls.
3- The wooden toy factory was created by Pierre Verseau in 2001. He declares: "Perfume and texture brought me back to wood after a 42-year detour in the metal industry". To be discovered at the Piletterie, following the sign.
4- Hameau Jean and hamlet Ricard: small typical granite houses, many of which were in ruins, are now restored.
5- Welcome stop at the bakeries of Le Vast for the famous butter brioche. Its particularity is that it is baked over a wood fire. You will also find there the famous folded bread.
6- The waterfalls of the Château du Vastfont here bubble up the Saire, a small coastal river which flows into the Channel near Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue

Saint-Vigor de Quettehou church: a characteristic example of 13th century architecture. Look at the many 300-year-old graffiti on the aisle representing boats from the Battle of La Hougue.
Panorama of the Pernelle: at the foot of the Sainte Pétronille church (11th century), discover the magnificent panorama of the Baie des Veys in the south at the Gatteville lighthouse in the north. Refer to the orientation table to identify the elements.
