Located 100 km away from Paris in the east of the Eure Department, the Lyons Andelle area is a charming countryside destination in Normandy where visits of castles, abbeys, parks and art galleries are combined to nature outings with the state forest of Lyons or in the Andelle Valley, a river known for its trout. A stone's throw away from the covered market , the team of this Tourist Information Centre, awarded the "Tourism & Handicap" certification, is here to help you find a place to stay, things to see and do, where to eat and offer recommendation that suit your tastes. Its shop sells books, postcards, gifts and local products. The Tourist Information Centre organises guided tours of the village of Lyons-la-Forêt for groups (booking required) all year round and on certain dates in summer for individuals.
