Beuvron en Auge is one of 2 typical and extremely well-preserved Pays d'Auge villages (along with Beaumont en Auge). The indoor market has been restored using traditional methods and materials. Around the square, views of a 16th century manor house, 17th and 18th century half-timbered houses... A fine example of pure Norman-style architectural heritage. Awarded the title of "One of France's most beautiful villages". Beuvron en Auge is a must when following the cider route. Access via a wide pedestrian pathway running alongside the several hundred-year-old beech grove. Discover the exceptionally beautiful panorama that unfolds over the Dives valley on the Mont Pinçon hills and the undulating forestlands of Orne. The contrast between the immensity of the panorama and the modest Church of St. Michael is quite striking. Its construction dates back to the 12th century, the porch is from the 15th century and, thanks to restoration work, the church has regained its 17th century ambiance.

In the heart of the Cider Route, this family farm typical of the Pays d’Auge is currently converting to organic farming. Come and admire its old cider press, half-timbered buildings and traditional high stem orchards. In the company of the producer, visit the cellars and enjoy a taste of AOC apple juice, cider, perry, calvados and pommeau. Sales point.

Organic Cru de Cambremer cider farm on the Cider Route. The Ferme de la Vallée au Tanneur produces cider, calvados, pommeau, perry, cider vinegar and apple juice. The Giard family produces AOC Pays d’Auge cider, apple juice, Pommeau de Normandie and calvados (from age 4 years to prestigious brandies aged for over 40 years). Tasting and sale on site.

Over an association of tradition and innovation, the Huet family has been producing and selling calvados, cider and Pommeau de Normandie since 1865, in the very heart of the Pays d’Auge. The estate comprises 30 hectares of orchards and, since 2011, is equipped with an innovative and unique distillery, unique in Normandy.

A multitude of plant species in a variety of settings across this 17th century farm, covering 3 hectares of dell. Themed gardens, unusual objects, traditional tools museum and many half-timbered buildings proffer the site with a totally unique atmosphere.
