This former 19th century textile factory was restored in 1987 and converted into a group gîte. The gîte is open from March to January and can accommodate 36 people in rooms with 4 to 8 beds. La Potiche gîte is located next to the Pont d'Ouilly slalom basin and has direct, private access to the Pont d'Ouilly leisure centre, making it ideal accommodation for school groups or sports clubs (kayakers or not).
