The hike is accessible from the ski lift at the Praz Telecabin (Departure from Courchevel 1850), or by free shuttle ski bus.
Once you arrive near Lake Praz, head for the village, where you will see the Peupliers Hotel.
From the hotel, near the lake, walk along Rue de la Chapelle in the village of Praz, and you will see a charming village chapel on your right.
After taking a little break on Place de la Chapelle, go straight on to reach the B-road.
Cross the road, then go down a little road passing by the cheese dairy chalet (library).
At the first bend, follow a small footpath down between the houses and then go further down as far as the forest.
The path first descends to the right and then to the left; after a few hundred metres, you arrive at the crossroads of the "quatre chemins" (the four paths). You then turn left onto Chemin du Paradis; after going uphill slightly, you arrive at the village of Le Freney.
Turn left onto the road, and at the first bend, continue straight on along the footpath. You then come to the road to Le Praz. Cut across the bends in the road through the fields and you will arrive opposite the Olympic Games ski jumps.
