A family rotour par excellence, a trail through meadows and forests. Bonus: the exceptional view of the Guiers valley at the Pointe du Frou.
From the Nordic site of la Ruchère, let the building behind you and follow the marked path on your left. This walk is in the forest and make you discovered the Pointe du Frou and its panoramic view over the Guiers Valley. Be careful when you reach the cliff. On the way back, when you escape the forest enjoy the view on La Ruchère and the mountains.

Cave Bear Museum
Centre Nordique de la Ruchère
Located between 1165 and 1450 m of altitude, with 35km of cross-country ski trails groomed for alternating and skating, it is a real plateau relief unique in the Chartreuse massif that welcomes you!. The green, blue, yellow, red and black trails open up to you and lead to the magnificent meadows of Les Riondettes and Arpison. Four snowshoe itineraries of varying difficulty are entirely marked out by a team of mountain and Nordic skiing professionals. The snowshoeing itineraries : La pointe du Frou, 5 km Tour des Riondettes, 7km The Col de la Ruchère, 9 km The Belvédère d'Arpison, 13 km The network of varied trails leads through spruce undergrowth and soothing glades. Magnificent views from the Riondettes and Arpison lookouts.
