It is forbidden to throw garbage, break plants and touch cagous. Helmets must be worn.

The trails are freely accessible, the starting points are located all along the Route du Carénage. There is no mountain bike rental on site, please bring your own mountain bike and helmet.9 mountain bike trails are available: 2 green (very easy): Creek Trail (3.4 km) and Pine Trail (4.9 km) 3 blue (easy to medium): Creek Pernod Trail (13.7 km), Panoramic Trail (option 17.6 km, or option through the pass 18.7 km) and Mountain Kaori Trail (9.4 km) 2 red (difficult): Rivière des Lacs trail (23.78 km) and Grand Lac trail (21.2 km) 2 black (very difficult): Rivière du Carénage trail (12.4 km) and Plaine des Lacs trail (32.7 km) A total of 139 km of marked mountain bike trails.
