


A challenging route passing through the beautiful village of Saint-Bertrand de Comminges, then towards the Hautes-Pyrénées to arrive at the small town of Arreau, the starting point for the climb up the Peyresourde pass (average gradient 6.8%, maximum gradient 11.3%).
From Luchon station, head right towards Cierp-Gaud. Continue towards Saint-Bertrand de Comminges and Aventignan. Then head towards Hèches in the Hautes-Pyrénées and then Arreau. Turn left to climb the Col de Peyresourde, then turn and head back to Luchon.
1 - From the car park at Luchon station, turn right towards the villages of Moustajon and Antignac on the D 125c.
2 - At the roundabout, head towards Cierp-Gaud (D 125) then Loures Barousse (D 825).
3 - At the entrance to the village, head towards Saint-Bertrand de Comminges (D 26) then continue towards Aventignan and Hèches.
4 - Head towards Sarrancolin and Arreau on the D 929.
5 - At Arreau, turn left and begin the climb up the Col de Peyresourde.
6 - At the top of the pass, descend to Luchon following the D 117.
