Guidebook with maps/step-by-step

1. Pass the Route de la Petite Louze between the Crédit Agricole and the Vallée Blanche. 2. Climb to the top of the village as far as Les Granges and then begin "the big piece" of the route: first technical and steep climb to the Grotte des Chèvres, crossing of the Combe des Pariettes and technical ascent to the plateau of Mont Bochor.
3. Turn off below the Ancolie chairlift on a balcony path to Les Barmettes.
4. Go back down the Couloir de l’Eau and the GR55 to Pralognan, passing through the two hamlets of Fontanettes and Bieux.
