Guidebook with maps/step-by-step

1. Follow the start of P5: Start: pass behind the Crédit Agricole building then in front of the fire station.
2. Join the hamlet of Le Plan and follow the road around the Plateau.
3. Head up towards the hamlet of Chollière. View of Grande Casse and the Vanoise valley from the top of the Chollière lookout. A few stretches of tarmac road.
4. Then cross the Pont de Chollière to climb to the summit of Rocher Blanc along a comfortable mountain path. Be careful afterwards in the Isertan forest, as roots, tree trunks and rocks litter the path.
5. Cross over at the top of the slalom stadium, then continue along the mountainside on a path - then a carriageable road - that is very gentle as far as the hamlet of Les Fontanettes via the Creuset bridge. Descend to Pralognan on the GR55.

Open period

From 15/05 to 01/11.
Depends on snow conditions.
