
This route takes you over hill and dale, through the enchanting forest of the Forêt de St-Michel, where you will come across both coniferous and deciduous trees. The area is rich in game, so you might just spot a few specimens, to the delight of young and old alike. From the starting point, you can admire the Collegiate Church of St Monon. Shortly afterwards, you'll pass the ‘Les Goffes’ pond, with its water tower decorated with a superb fresco. When you reach the highest point of the walk (+/-510m altitude), there is a barbecue area with a shelter on your right. After the crossroads, on the descent, there is a panoramic view of the village of Nassogne and the surrounding area.
