Randonnée - les poudingues et la roche tocquaine

Access: From the centre of Remiremont, pass in front of the hospital, take the direction of Le Val-d'Ajol, then on leaving the town, turn left towards Girmont-Val-d'Ajol.
Parking: Chalet des Gardes

Distance: 4.8 km / Duration: 1 h 30 / Difference in altitude: 135 m / Markings: yellow ring.

1) Leave opposite the car park, following the blue disc, as far as La Roche Tocquaine (be careful on the way down, the signposting starts on a path on the left).
2) Continue to descend and after the Goutte du Founot, turn left following the green disc. At the junction, make a jump towards the Roche du Renard (a few metres away).
3) Follow the green disc, cross different marked paths and continue until you reach an uphill path marked yellow ring. Follow it for almost the entire distance along an old railway track (old track of 60 dating from 1915), until you return to the Chalet des Gardes.
