Villages west of Le Vigan

Le Vigan - Arphy - Aulas - Mars - Mouzoules Aumessas - Arrigas - Arre - Le Vigan

This route takes you through a succession of small villages to the west of Le Vigan.

From Le Vigan, head for the Col du Minier (D48) and follow it for around 7 kms to the D190 junction, which takes you down to Arphy, then Aulas and the Hameau du Plan.

Then turn right towards Mars via the Col de Mouzoules (D172), then Aumessas and Arrigas, before rejoining the D999. At Arre, you have the option of joining Le Vigan via the Eiffel bridge and the "voie douce" - or returning via the D999.
