Description
This challenging climb through the forest will take you to a splendid viewpoint.
Start behind Place Gabriel Rouy (market), on Chemin de Superbagnères. The trail starts on the left, then turns right before tackling the steep climb. You'll come out of the forest under the Renards ski lift, then reach the plateau (3 hours one way).

Detailed stages
1 - Start behind Place Gabriel Rouy (market), take Rue Laity, then the first right, Chemin de Superbagnères.
2 - At the top of the lane, turn left, then right. The slope becomes steeper and you pass a penstock through a series of hairpin bends in the forest.
3 - At around 1,400m, you will pass close to the Record ski lift, then climb up to the edge of the forest, to the small kiosk under the Renards ski lift.
4 - You are now in the open and can reach the Superbagnères plateau (1,800 m) and its panoramic view!
5 - Return via the same path or the Luchon-Superbagnères cable car (open in July and August).
