Rural landscapes, views of the Chablais peaks and Lake Geneva, discovery of the historic remains of Châteauvieux.
The starting point offers a fine view of the Dent d'Oche, Mont Billat, Mont Ouzon and Lac Léman. The first few steps of this itinerary are the "wildest", crossing an overgrown section rich in flora and fauna before joining a shady path. After the descent to the hamlet of Le Creux, the path alternates between shady areas and viewpoints.
Worth seeing: the imposing cup stone, a sign that the commune was inhabited in ancient times. Other relics of Châteauvieux's past include the ancient wall surrounding the 13th-century Château Comtal, the Château de Compois, near the 13th-century Chapelle de Châteauvieux, and the famous lime tree in the old cemetery dating back to Sully's time.
After a fine panorama of Lake Geneva, the route ends in a rural landscape.
