L'Oeillette, in winter

Description

A quiet, magical stroll through the forest when the snow covers the fir trees. With a bit of luck, you can spot chamois through binoculars on the steep slopes of Mont Charvin.

From the Tourist Office, drive along the buildings towards the bottom of the resort. Once you've reached the La Voie Lactée chairlift ticket office, follow the road towards the hamlet of Le Cruet (below the Goélia - Les Alpages du Corbier residence). At the P'tite Ferme de l'Aubrac, turn left, passing the chapel of Saint Philomène. At the bottom of the slope, turn right onto a track which rises slightly and enters the heart of the forest. At the next crossroads, turn left down to a stream, cross it to reach the Œillette picnic area. Return the same way.
