Le jardin de Bardot

Around 1905, Joseph MAS (nicknamed Bardot) and his wife Maria decided to become market gardeners in the sunny gorges of the Dordogne. They built an atypical terraced garden on the slopes. Strawberries, grapes and peaches made their gardens famous. Today it is the property of the Conservatoire Régional des Espaces Naturels du Limousin and has been restored and protected.
