Le Plateau du Parmelan

This hikes has an original panorama of Lake Annecy and crossing the plateau will make you discover an exquisite and uncommon mineral world.

The Plateau du Parmelan can be reached through different paths. Starting from the Chalet de l'Anglettaz, at an altitude of 1500m, is the shortest hike. However, the road leading to the last parking lot has many potholes during the last four kilometres. This road is not suitable for every vehicles.

The hike to the Parmelan goes through some lapies and we advise not to bring very young children or to do this during damp and foggy days.
