Guidebook with maps/step-by-step

Head towards La Norma/Modane on the Chemin du Petit Bonheur until you reach the RD1006. Cross the road and take the path down towards the "Pont du Diable" (Devil's Bridge). Cross the bridge and go up to the Esseillon Forts, then turn right onto the "flat" track towards Bramans. Before the bridge (Pont de la Scie), take the uphill path on the left. At the intersection, turn right onto the track and head down towards Val Cenis Bramans. For the return trip, after the bridge (Pont des Juniers), turn left onto the path which follows the River Arc and passes under the D1006 road. Alternatively, turn left before the bridge onto the botanical path leading to Le Verney. Allow an extra hour or so for the latter option.
