Tarentaise cattle
Tarentaise are the most common breed of cow in the Alps. The breed is well suited to living conditions in the mountains and the cows are recognisable by their tancoloured coats and cowbell around their neck. Tarentaise cows are raised for milk production, used to make Beaufort cheese.

By shuttle bus get off at the “Roc Merlet” stop, then walk to Le Belvédère.
By car, turn left at the first roundabout as you come into Courchevel Moriond, take several sharp bends and continue along Route du Belvédère.
There are several parking options near the large information sign.
