Chemin de la croix de la Pile

Le village du châtaignier et son château privé est une richesse architectural à contempler au départ du sentier.

Au cours du sentier vous apercevrez la croix de la Pile. Elle se situera sur votre droite entre l'étape 2 et 3. Vous serez plongé au cœur de la forêt Limousine.

Farmers and breeders, lovers of horses and Mongolia, the yurts are located on a farm: a place for breeding (50 horses and ponies, 5 foals/year, 1 stallion, 8 broodmares) and dressage. The yurts are located in the large meadow of a rustic and isolated farm, a place for meeting and sharing. 8 fully-equipped Mongolian yurts (3 to 6 people) for 1 night or 1 week. 2 shared sanitary blocks with showers and toilets, and shared fully-equipped kitchen. On-site activities: behavioral horseback riding, lessons, themed equestrian stays, archery center on horseback.

The Domaine de Gauchoux is a 1st category equestrian facility set in a calm, green setting in the heart of nature. Alan and Aude-Lyne warmly welcome you in a young and dynamic atmosphere, for a moment of pleasure and complicity around the horse. Accommodation in comfortable Mongolian and Limousin yurts (made of chestnut wood) will ensure an atypical stay.
