Winter path - "Sentier des Choumes"

A nice ride to do during winter. It offers panoramic views of the entire Belleville Valley.

Descent (2 h): From the top of the Roc 1 gondola lift, head towards the Friendly Menuires terrace, then towards the Roc 2 chairlift. Behind the Roc 2 departure station, take the small climb and follow the path to the departure point of the St Martin Express chairlift. An alternative route is possible: reach Saint Martin via the Danchet 31 trail.

Ascent (3 h): Cross the slope towards the Corbeleys restaurant, follow the Menuires signs to the top of the Roc 1 gondola lift. The start of this trail is relatively steep, followed by a pleasant traverse across a plateau, then a second, more demanding climb, before returning to an easier route.
