Limbourg: a certain sweetness of life

Perfectly suited to occasional walkers, this walk is a concentrate of gentleness and tranquillity. Far from the noisy city life, this walk is a nice way to discover another facet of the rural well-being and the good life of Limburg. Friends of the visitors, let yourself be guided by the stroll through the meadows surrounded by peaceful cows, along the paths scented with elder flowers, in the middle of the arboretum with its proud and slender trees, but also, and here is what is surprising, at the bend of a path crossing the new dolhaint housing estates.

For once, after walking 5 kilometres, you can choose between two routes. Over a distance of 1 km, you can :

• either discover the authentic village of Goé and its Saint-Lambert church with its twisted bell tower and why not try a treat from the "Simplement bon" pastry shop (9.8km - departure Place Léon d'Andrimont - 4830 Dolhain-Limbourg)
• or continue in the direction of Vesdray and the local economy with the Corman company, world leader in butter-making know-how or the Carnol sawmill (8.7km - departure from Hors-les-Portes, 4830 Limbourg)

Whatever your choice, it won't be long before you return to the countryside and its enchanting spaces that smell of the desire to relax on a bench you come across at random.
