Description

Walk on the southern slope of Mount Chaberta through the restanques of the old Brigasque vineyard. The path is located just opposite the village with great views.

Departure from the La Brigue information office. Head towards the entrance to the village, towards the SNCF station. Just before, on the right you will find beacon 45. Continue following the path that climbs towards Lubaira. After about ten minutes you will find a sign indicating on the right the path of the sun walking on a level curve. Continue to the next intersection, go down a few meters, then find the rest of the path just after the oratory dedicated to Saint Peter. The village is before your eyes, you can observe the Château Lascaris, the bell tower of the Collegiate Church of Saint Martin... Follow the path which passes through a small wood. At the exit of this wood, continue until the next intersection then go down on the left towards the center of the village. Ensure your footing when crossing the footbridge. If the gate is closed, close it again after your passage.
