Accessible on foot for around 20 minutes along the left bank of the Roya: an easy walk in beautiful surroundings from the town hall via the chapel of St-Antoine l'Ermite and the Porte de Gênes, signposts 1 then 3. Walk past the oratory and straight on to the pretty bridge.At the oratory, waymarker no. 105, be careful not to turn upwards to the right: it's a 5-hour walk to complete the loop of the valley! Reach the stream under the bridge either beforehand: by leaning on a stone in the retaining wall; or after the bridge, by a steep path through the bushes, which is frequently crossed. Descend carefully to the waterhole under the bridge. You can also follow the small stream downstream where you will find other delightful, slightly larger pools. A 5.5 km-long river, a very wild valley with crystal-clear water. A tributary of the Roya, this river is ideal for white-water sports such as canyoning.
