Description

The potteries of Garos and Bouillon bear witness to a rich past. Archaeological excavations have shown that pottery activity was present there as early as the 14th century. In the Middle Ages, Garos was the capital of Soubestre, one of the 24 towns that represented the communities at the Court of Bearn.

Etape 4

The dyke and the mill are well worth a diversion and guarantee you a moment of tranquillity and escape, where reflections and colours mingle in a pleasantly flowery setting. What's on your mind? The diversions was well deserved, wasn't it? Finally rested, you need to retrace your steps and head back up the hill towards the ridge. On your right at the top of the road, walk along the edge of the wood to the level of the meadow.
