Urost : des vallées vers l'Adour à VTT

Join the woodland path, turn left and walk past the church, then down the first road on the right. Turn right onto the track at the corner of a large oak tree. Once on the road, turn left and follow the track just after the bridge. A good climb will finish the warm-up! At the top, turn right and walk past the Lombia church. Continue as far as a large farm.

Go down Chemin Laherrusse and continue straight ahead at the crossroads. Stay on the track opposite and join the D77. Take a left-right turn onto a new track. Follow a grassy path and after the two beautiful oak trees, turn right. Enter Eslourenties-Daban and reach the roundabout.

Watch out for traffic, go straight ahead, then left. There is a beautiful view before you reach Lac du Gabas. Walk along the right bank of the lake and up the first path. Continue up the pebble track. Go straight on after the road onto a damp path. Turn left onto the carriageway.

Turn right, then follow the Grand Lées. Cross a plot of land at an angle. Once on the track, turn right. Leave it before the footbridge. The dirt track runs alongside a wood. Turn right at the crossroads. The rutted, grassy track runs alongside the stream.

Cross the road to the left and follow the track to the right. After a pleasant, rolling section, climb the tarmac hill and fork right in front of the first barn. Drive along the Grand Lées, cross a stream and continue on the track opposite. Climb the track in front of the farm and turn right. Pass the Saint Martin fountain, and go down the next road.

Take the first track on the left, and at the bottom of the climb, enter the wood. Follow the track, and go straight on after the stony descent. On the road, go up the slope and turn left at the junction. Turn right at the calvary and right after the Capdelaut stream. Pass the autocross track and go down to the right (barrier). Be careful, the track is slippery and stony. Cross the ford and walk up the shady driveway. A final climb takes you to Urost.
