A great way to immerse yourself in nature, just a stone's throw from Morlaàs. A few good climbs to keep your pulse racing, some dirt to get your shoes dirty and some height to admire the scenery. Yes, there's everything on this walk, which can be enjoyed all year round.

The route starts after the centre of Maucor, at the village hall along the Départementale 206. Walk past the building towards the woods. A fine path descends and joins a track. Continue downhill and follow a track over the Ladebèze. A series of decks avoids the wetlands along the stream. The path rises into the undergrowth and leads to a road behind a house.
Go down the Route de la Lande, then turn left onto the Baliu track. At the crossroads, turn left onto the track that runs up the valley. Follow the Laaps, the track rises to a tarmac road. Leave the streets on your left and, at a sharp bend, take the grassy track (Chemin Berdotte) to reach the road.
Cross the D206 and walk right towards Morlaàs, taking care to avoid the heavy traffic. After 100 metres, turn left onto the Chemin Gauche. Leave at a bend in the road and take the path beside a calvary. Enter under this arch and descend until you cross a track. Turn left and continue straight ahead at the next crossroads. Go up towards the church, then take the Bayle road to the right. Leave it for Route Mensonge, and before descending, follow Chemin Manescaut to the left. Cross the D206 and find the village hall on your left.
